KD50 S is a 5" cinelifter designed to carry a Blackmagic Micro 4KG2, Naked BM, or GoPro. It has a unique design where the props overlap to create an incredibly small 24cm/9in wide True X frame. No other cinelifter has this feature, and it allows for a lighter frame with a lower moment of inertia which increases performance.
KD50 has KDCM Lite/KDCM/DAC camera mount holes at the front, and also naked BM mounting holes, and GoPro mounts front and back. It's a compact, stiff frame with fantastic performance and packs a serious punch in a tiny form factor.

A really cool design which flies very well and has decent punch!
It's a very fun build if you like a bit of a challenge and clean build. At 1450gr AUW with a decent camera & battery it's not a lightweight. I'd recommend to go bigger than 2207 (e.g. 2308 & up) and I think there are better fits than the Nazgul F5. All in all a great little firecracker! I haven't had the guts to fly it indoor yet but the formfactor definitely allows for it.
The KD50 S is hands down one of the most impressive cinelifters I’ve flown. The unique overlapping prop design makes this 5" frame incredibly compact
The build quality is top-notch with T700 carbon, and everything fits perfectly. It’s stiff, lightweight, and flies like a dream. Plus, the included 3D prints and hardware make the build process smooth and straightforward.
What really stood out to me (besides the frame’s performance) was the incredible customer service. The owner was extremely responsive, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I felt really confident ordering directly, and shipping to the USA was unbelievably fast via DHL. It arrived in just a few days—way faster than expected for an international shipment.
If you’re looking for a cinelifter that’s compact, high-performing, and backed by great support, the KD50 S is the one. Highly recommended!
A very well-designed frame, I originally tried it with 2207 motors as I had some knocking about, but once I upgraded to the larger motors, it felt great to fly. I built the KD50S mainly for real estate while also being my first cinelifter, Totally
love this drone and its compact size but now looking to build the KD50 also for a little extra chooch in more outdoor scenarios.
This is hands-down, the perfect Drone for the Black Magic Micro G2 not only is it a Great Cinewhoop but it can also handle a decent amount of wind and freestyle flying also on average I’m getting about 5 to 6 minutes on a 2200 Lipo.
But most of all, KD s customer service, and eagerness to help out is on another level. Can’t recommend enough.
I wanted a compact lifter that could carry a a bigger payload if required but would also be fine with 1 or more smaller cameras for different looks. A Cine-lifter for the non Cine pilot. So far she has worked out great for wildlife videography, car/bike chasing but has excelled at simply Cine-whooping with a full sized action camera.
I have flown her mostly with a DJI A5 and a smaller battery as a more capable alternative to a 3.5' Cine-whoop, plenty of authority where some lack.
